About The Event
I would like to extend an invitation to you and your business to join us at the Southeastern Arizona Farm & Ranch Trade Show held at the Willcox Community Center on Feb. 14, 2024.
This event has been an integral part of agriculture education and ideal place to market new agricultural products in Southeastern Arizona for over 40 years. The new committee is intent on keeping this important event going and building it into a program you will not want to miss.
In 2024, the committee goal is to make this a 43rd year to remember and to celebrate those who have done so much work to bring this program to Southern Arizona for the 40 years prior. New programs offered with a focus on ranching, crops, cattle, USDA funding agriculture, innovations in remote sensing, and much more.

When/Where
Date: February 14th, 2024
Time: 7:30 am – 2:00 pm
Place: Willcox Community Center
Set-Up: Tuesday February 13th, 2024 1 pm – 3 pm. and Wednesday February 14th, 2024, 7 am – 7:30 am
Break-Down: Wednesday February 14th, 2024, after 2:00 pm
(Please do not break down your booth before 2:00 pm)
Important Notes
Door Prizes: Each vendor is welcome to turn in a door prize to be given away to attendees of the event. There will be a drawing for door prizes throughout the show. The attendees must be present to win.
Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by February 1st, 2024. No refunds will be given for cancellations within one week of the show.
Questions
If you would like to participate as a vendor, please fill out and return the enclosed registration form with payment, no later than January 10th, 2024 to be included in program advertising.
